Delivery Information:

Delivery of goods is normally within 5-7 business working days on receipt of your order. If goods are not in our warehouse at the time of purchase this delivery time may vary. 

Should there be any anticipated delays due to external factors outside of Eurojets control, customers will be contacted in advance to arrange an alternative method of delivery.

If an item is temporally out of stock, we will hold the order for a few days for the missing item to come in. If the item is not available within a few days, we will contact you to see what action you would like us to take.

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If goods are damaged in transit they must be signed for as damaged goods.

International Orders:

Currently we do not provide international shipping via our website. Please contact us for further details.

Delivery Costs:

Eurojet charge as standard shipping charge of €20 to anywhere in Ireland for small packages (Parcels, small boxes, envelopes etc). Goods requiring delivery of a pallet will have the cost included in the price of the products ordered.

Returns Policy:

If defective or faulty goods are received, a member of our team will assist you in order to diagnose the problem ahead of a return to our warehouse being arranged. Eurojet will arrange for a replacement to be delivered once the goods have been returned and processed in our warehouse.

It is the responsibility of the customer to have faulty goods returned to us.

All machines carry a 12 month back to base guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. Unless stated otherwise. Accessories have a 30-day guarantee. Certain items e.g. Guns, Lances, Nozzles, Hoses and Unloader Valves are considered wear & tear items and are not covered under warranty. Eurojet will not be responsible for any costs involved or any claims for loss of income or loss of any kind.

Prices:

Prices on the website are excluding of VAT @ 23%. A VAT invoice will always be sent with the order.

We do our best to ensure prices are accurate but reserve the right not to supply an item that is wrongly priced on our website. Should this issue arise the customer will be contacted ahead of processing the order.
